- Custom-made or personalized items may take up to 7 business days to prepare before dispatch.
- No shipping is done on Sundays or public holidays.

- After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
- Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.
